Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether in your own name or through any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. b399 may at any time, and at its sole discretion, request supporting documentation to verify the identity, age, address, or payment method of any player. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of account functions until verification is complete.
